■  The new record "Sonic Delight" is out and the Merkins are booking gigs to
support their new rock masterpiece.  You'll have plenty of chances to catch the Merkins this fall as they've added 5 new show dates.

    The August 23rd show @ Cherry Valley Days in Cherry Valley, Il is the
second round of the "Guzzardo's Emerging Artist" Competition.  The top 2
bands from this leg of the competition moves on to play the "On The
Waterfront" festival in Rockford, Il this fall.  Please come out and support
your friendly neighborhood Merkins!!!
